網(wǎng)絡(luò )法在當今各國并沒(méi)有統一的面貌。我國的網(wǎng)絡(luò )法制處于積極建設階段，其主干內容為 電子簽名法、電子商務(wù)法、電子政務(wù)法、網(wǎng)絡(luò )安全法、個(gè)人信息保護法以及網(wǎng)絡(luò )犯罪的刑法制度、管轄制度、證據制度、法律適用制度等。本書(shū)逐一闡述了上述各部分的基本概念、規則和理論，并適時(shí)地提出了未來(lái)的完善建議。
現如今，網(wǎng)絡(luò )法學(xué)也已成為一個(gè)重要的新興法律部門(mén)。各種各樣的法律問(wèn)題在網(wǎng)絡(luò )空間聚 集，形形色色的網(wǎng)絡(luò )法規在摸索中倉促試水，司法實(shí)踐中遇到的網(wǎng)絡(luò )糾紛與法律挑戰此起彼伏。這些都給網(wǎng)絡(luò )法學(xué)研究打上了時(shí)代的烙印。

作者簡(jiǎn)介:劉品新，壯族，湖北洪湖人，中央民族大學(xué)法學(xué)學(xué)士（1995年）、中國人民大學(xué)偵查學(xué)碩士（1998年）、證據法學(xué)博士（2003年）、美國伊利諾伊大學(xué)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者（2007年），現任中國人民大學(xué)法學(xué)院教授、刑事法律科學(xué)研究中心研究員、網(wǎng)絡(luò )犯罪與安全研究中心執行主任、證據學(xué)研究所副所長(cháng)、刑事錯案研究中心副主任，兼任中國電子學(xué)會(huì )計算機取證專(zhuān)家委員會(huì )委員、中國檢察學(xué)會(huì )職務(wù)犯罪偵查與預防專(zhuān)委會(huì )理事、中國人民公安大學(xué)現代偵查技戰法研究中心客座研究員、國家檢察官學(xué)院職務(wù)犯罪研究所兼職研究員、重慶市人民檢察院第二分院偵查信息化專(zhuān)家顧問(wèn)等。
長(cháng)期從事證據法學(xué)、偵查學(xué)、物證技術(shù)學(xué)等部門(mén)法學(xué)的教學(xué)工作，但從不抱守狹隘的“飯
