作者簡(jiǎn)介:　 　吳澎，山東農業(yè)大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院，副教授，發(fā)表論文20余篇，其中SCI收錄4篇。主編全國高等教育“十一五”規劃教材兩部，其中《中國飲食文化》一書(shū)獲全國化學(xué)工業(yè)部教材類(lèi)二等獎，《食品標準與法規》獲山東省軟科學(xué)科技成果二等獎。參編“十一五”規劃教材三部。主持國家等課題三項，參與五項。
